Data and purpose

The form collects your title, name, email, subject and message, as well as the form language and your agreement to transmission. Company and phone number are optional. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to handle your request through the form. Without this information or your agreement, sending is unavailable; you can call us.

The information is used only to reply to your request and handle your case. It is not used for newsletters or advertising.

Recipients and providers

Requests are accessible to the people at Faktor GmbH responsible for handling them. These services are involved according to the channel used:

• Cloudflare: Cloudflare Pages hosting, DNS, website delivery and security; technical data such as IP addresses and request information may be processed.
• 101domain: registration of the domain faktor.ml. This role does not make 101domain a recipient of form messages.
• Web3Forms: forwarding requests submitted by email.
• hCaptcha: spam prevention for email submissions, with possible processing of technical browser data.
• WhatsApp: if you choose this channel, the button opens a conversation containing your information. You can edit the message before deciding to send it.

Processing outside Mali

Your request data are transmitted to Faktor GmbH in Germany to reply to your request and handle your case. These international services may process data outside Mali, including in the United States and other countries where their teams and subcontractors operate. Processing locations depend on the service used. The links above lead to the providers’ policies; storage exclusively in Mali is not guaranteed.

Retention and deletion

Faktor GmbH retains your request data only while handling the case and deletes them when the case is closed. This rule applies to copies held by Faktor GmbH; technical data and copies processed by providers follow their own retention rules.

The website does not save form values in browser local storage. Closing the page does not delete a message already transmitted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to their use and withdraw your agreement to transmission. Contact Faktor GmbH using the details above and identify the relevant request. You can also contact the Malian Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP). The applicable framework includes Law No. 2013-015 of 21 May 2013, as amended.

Cookies and security

The website itself does not set advertising cookies or store browser preferences. External services, including hCaptcha, may use cookies or similar technologies under their policies. Connections to the website use HTTPS.
